How do I rent an item?

What if my rental doesn't fit?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds if the item does not work or you do not like the fit. Please look at the size guide and the model's measurements to get the most accurate fit.
Do I need to wash the item before sending it back?
Nope! Please send it back unwashed. We will take care of all cleaning and washing of the item.
What happens if I damage an item?
Minor damages such as light stains and things that are easily repairable will not be charged. If there are major damages such as large tears and rips, deep stains, or any other non-repairable damages, a charge for the dress will be placed.
Can I purchase an item if I fall in love with it?
Most of the time yes! If you rent an item and find that you can't bear to part with it, most likely you can purchase it. Contact our customer support team by emailing [email protected], and they will assist you in converting your rental into a purchase. In most cases, a portion of your rental fees can be applied toward the purchase price, making it an even better deal. Just keep in mind that the item's availability for purchase may vary, so it's a good idea to inquire as soon as you decide to keep it.
