BEFORE IT ALL: Decide if you are picking up (Clemson, SC), or shipping. If you are picking up, select the 7 day option. If you are shipping, select the 10 day option and select the day 6-7 days before your event. This will give us adequate time to ship the item to you. Ship it back with the enclosed return label by the last date on the rental period.

Step One: Look through our website and find a dress that fits your event, size, and style. If you find a dress and would like to try it on, text 843-475-8376 and schedule a try on time. We will put your item on hold for 24 HOURS to give you time to try on. If you would like to book without trying on, proceed to the next step. 

Step Two: Check the item to see if it is available for the time you would need to book it. If the date is not able to be selected, then unfortunately the item is already booked for that date.

Step Three: Add to cart! If you decide to get more items, the item will be held in your cart for 30 minutes.

Step Four: Time to check out! Enter all of your details in the respective boxed and press confirm. You should receive a confirmation email but if you did not, check your spam. If it still hasn’t arrived, send us an email at [email protected] with the headline, “CONFIRMATION ISSUE.”

Step Five: You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up! Come and get it at any time between the listed hours in the notification. 

Step Six: Enjoy your event!

Step Seven: Drop your dress off where you picked it up. Please refrain from washing or laundering your item in any way. We will take care of it all!
